How to Call Lyft Customer Service
Sometimes nothing beats speaking to someone in person. Knowing where to go and who to contact can save you a lot of time when you need help. Lyft has changed a lot of its channels to get into contact with its users over the past year. Some are specialized while others are more general.
Get In Touch With Emergency Support
Call Lyft’s critical support team for ride emergencies. If you’re dealing with an emergency situation, such as a vehicle crash or endangered passenger call Lyft’s critical response line at 855-865-9553. In order for the critical support team to help, you’ll need to provide them with thorough details about the situation.
Lyft Critical Support: 1-855-865-9553
Lyft’s support team is available 24/7. Your initial call will take about 10 to 15 minutes. You should expect follow up calls from the team as they work to resolve your issue. This is only for emergencies and shouldn’t be called for any reason other than that. Save it in your phone and hopefully, you will never have to call it.

How Drivers Can Contact Lyft Driver Support
Generally, the Lyft Help Center is the first place drivers should go to for information. But if you have some questions and want to speak with an actual Lyft team member, follow these steps:
First, visit the help center page. Once you’re there, scroll down and press the button that says “Contact Support”
Second, enter the phone number and email address you’d like Lyft to use to contact you. After you have done that fill out the rest of the form and hit “Submit“
Lyft will review the request and call you to discuss your questions.

Get Support in the Help Area of the Driver App
For new drivers, it’s necessary to know the most convenient way to get in touch with Lyft support, especially if you need a quick response. Open your Lyft app and tap your profile photo in the top left corner of the screen. Select the “Ride history” option, then look for the ride in question and tap on it. Scroll down to the bottom of the ride information page, tap the button marked “Get help” or “Request Review” and follow the on-screen instructions to submit your request.
Get Help in the Earnings Tab
If you still need to talk to someone (and it’s not an emergency), there’s another way to contact Lyft support. To access this method, go to the “Earnings” tab in the Lyft app. Next, tap “Get Help”. Finally, tap “Call Me”. This will not dial a number, instead, it will send a message to the Lyft Customer Support team with your phone number. From our research, the team at Lyft will call you back promptly. In fact, they usually respond in 2 minutes or less!

Get help during a ride. Signing in to the app during a ride, a dropdown menu button will appear in the upper corner of the screen and it will contain a “Contact support” button. This help feature is limited for issues that occur during a ride, maybe, for example, a tech problem or a safety problem.
How Lyft Drivers Can Request a Phone Call From Lyft Support
Lyft drivers can’t personally call Lyft, but a driver can request to be contacted by phone in the Help section of the mobile app. To request a phone call from Lyft, tap the menu icon on the mobile app, then Help button. Select a topic that closely matches your issue. Some of the help pages do contain a “Contact Us” button. Tap the Contact Us button to reach a page that says, “How should we reach you?” Select “Call” to receive a call from Lyft customer service agent, or select email if you desire to use the email option.
Ask for a phone call during a ride you can also request a call from Lyft from the dropdown menu that appears during a ride. You should only request a call (lyft call me) from Lyft during a ride if an emergency tech or safety problem is occurring.

At help.lyft.com you can search for help articles that address general issues, or you can contact Lyft driver support by scrolling to the “Contact Support” button at the bottom of each page. Contact Lyft on Social Media
Another prompt channel to reach Lyft support team is through social media outlets like Twitter and Facebook. Social media is a great way to get quick responses from large companies since they value their brand reputation more than anything else. As a way to keep their users happy and to keep their brand identity intact, they are very careful and quick at resolving issues shared through public platforms.

They even have devoted support channels within those pages. @asklyft is lyft’s official Twitter support channel and they are available to help you every day, from 3:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. getting a response from this channel is much faster than trying to reach them through email and any other Lyft customer service methods.
