Generally, the Lyft Help Center is the first place drivers should go to for information. But if you have some questions and want to speak with an actual Lyft team member, follow these steps:
First, visit the help center page. Once you’re there, scroll down and press the button that says “Contact Support”
Second, enter the phone number and email address you’d like Lyft to use to contact you. After you have done that fill out the rest of the form and hit “Submit“

Get Support in the Help Area of the Driver App
For new drivers, it’s necessary to know the most convenient way to get in touch with Lyft support, especially if you need a quick response. Open your Lyft app and tap your profile photo in the top left corner of the screen. Select the “Ride history” option, then look for the ride in question and tap on it. Scroll down to the bottom of the ride information page, tap the button marked “Get help” or “Request Review” and follow the on-screen instructions to submit your request.
