INABUGGY, formerly known as INSTABUGGY, first launched its pilot project in 2015. The initial city was Toronto but it has now expanded across Canada to many major urban centres.
INSTABUGGY
INSTABUGGY was the first name for INABUGGY. This change of name occurred in 2018. They were initially offering one hour service in Toronto from various grocery stores.
The jobs were unique in that there were employees of INSTABUGGY called “pickers and packers” stationed at various stores. They would receive your order directly and then a driver would come to pick it up.
INSTABUGGY would use a mix of employee drivers and on-demand contractor drivers (like INSTACART) to meet their aggressive delivery window.
INABUGGY Jobs

To apply for an INABUGGY job, you can do it directly on their website or through third-party websites like Indeed and Peersight. Either way, it is all online.
We would recommend going straight to their website to fill out the online form, as some 3rd party job boards want you to submit a resume. You don’t need a resume using the INABUGGY jobs online form.
INABUGGY Job Requirements
The INABUGGY job requirements are:
- Being able to lift up to 35-40 pounds* and climb at least one flight of stairs;
- Access to a reliable vehicle;
- Be at least 19 years of age or older;
- Have a valid driver’s license, registration and insurance;

- Eligible to work in Canada;
- Provide your Smart Serve number (you may be delivering alcohol);

*The lifting requirements are a bit confusing, as their application page says 35-40 pounds, their intake form says 50 pounds and their Indeed.com ad says 25-30 pounds.
